This project replaced the legacy software used to optimize the usage of content owned and licensed by Turner Broadcasting. For this project, I served as both the UX lead and the business analyst.

Because the user base was very small and engaged, I conducted user design workshops. The users had a clear vision of what they wanted from the system. I was able to work with them to bring the interfaces to life. We were able to create a more efficient system by combining elements from other systems into the Program Planning software to allow them to make decisions from one screen.

When the system was launched, the users were able to do their jobs faster and more efficiently.
