This project was started to help aircraft maintainers quickly identify the correct solution to an issue with an aircraft. The application was created in collaboration with Honeywell and an external vendor who created the AI engine the product used. A mobile format was chosen since the maintainers would be using this product while in the field instead of having to go back to the maintenance office to use the aircraft manual.

The maintenance manual along with completed repair tickets were fed into the AI engine. When a maintainer searched for an issue with the aircraft the app would show the maintainer the solution recommended by the manufacturer along with other suggestions based on completed repair tickets with confidence ratings on the success of the repair.

I managed a team of two engineers who built the backend and the front end of the application.
