Zip Disk Cover

Project Duration: Spring 2002

This was designed as part of a graphics class I took in college. The assignment was to choose a quote and illustrate it on a zip disk cover.

The quote is "Nine planets around the sun, Only one does the sun embrace" on the front. On the back "Upon this watered one so much we take for granted." Dave Matthews

I used a photo of the earth to illustrate the first part of the quote. The second part was a little bit harder to find a piece of art for. I had a collection of various images that I had worked with for the back but eventually decided the single drop of water looked the best.
