Gainesville List

This site was built for a company in Gainesville to compete with free classifieds sites that are taking over the market.

The site allows a user to post a free classified ad in multiple categories across the site.

I did the design and part of the programming for this site. We wanted a simple design that would make the site look easy to use and would emulate some of the current free classifieds products. Each of the sections is a different color and that color scheme stays with the user as long as they are in that category. The design is modeled in some respects after the Cracker site from the Sydney Morning Herald in Australia.

This site has been redesigned since I left.
