Our professor presented us with the problem of designing a user experience for Disney World in Orlando, FL. We could look at visitors, staff or anyone involved with Disney. We chose to look at the issue of lines and visitors. We chose this because lines are a problem at Disney even with the FastPass system.

Our solution was magic character mirrors that would either transform the visitor into a character or add some sort of accessory to them. This is illustrated in the picture to the left.

With our system LCD screens are spread throughout the lines. When the user walks close to the screen it transforms them into a character and reacts to their movement.
